Returns & Cancellations:
All sales are final. At this time we are unable to process refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges. In the future, we hope we can grow to offer exchanges! :) Items are a craft or "DIY" style, so items may vary slightly or have a "vintage" or worn feel, so please keep that in mind. Stainless steel will have some normal imperfections from the process. We do our best to list all we can in the description and we are happy to assist you and answer any questions before your purchase at tofashionastrawberry@gmail.com <3
Customer Service:
Please contact us at tofashionastrawberry@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order or if you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item (eek! we try our best but sometimes we are imperfect humans oof!). We only provide customer service via email. We do not answer inquiries via DM on social media. For your security, please do not message on Instagram or Tik Tok for any inquiries (we don't want your message to get lost either!).
Please allow 1-5 business days (1 week) for a return email. We are a super tiny operation (usually just one person!) but we love you and we'll help you the best and fastest we can! <3
Shipping: Items are shipped from Los Angeles, California, USA.
- Items typically ship within 1-5 business days (1 week) of purchase. Generally, items ship out every Friday to reduce gas usage. There may be shipping delays after big sales or peak seasons, but we're doing the best we can to get your orders out as fast as possible! :) Please keep this shipping timeframe in mind before ordering for an event.
- An automatic email with tracking information will be sent to the email address entered at checkout when the item is shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days (1 week) for tracking to update out of the "pre-shipment" phase. There is sometimes a lag between the time items are picked up and scanned in at the post office, especially during peak seasons.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered items once they have been marked as shipped with a valid tracking number. Please make sure your address is correct and the best place to ship to ensure a successful delivery. :) Once we turn over the package to the postal service, they are liable for your package and all questions regarding your package after shipment will need to go through them (since we are not the post office, we only have the same information as you). You must file a claim with USPS (or other shipping service if selected in the case of international packages) for lost, damaged or stolen packages. In rare instances packages may be in "pre-shipment" for up to 30 days due to COVID-related postal issues, however the good news is packages are rarely lost by USPS.
- Returned Shipments: if an item is returned back to us, either for an incorrect address or because of postal issues, we will email the address entered at checkout to coordinate one more delivery, free of charge, as a courtesy. At our discretion we may issue gift card codes or hold the items until we hear back from you.
- Print-On-Demand Items: Some items are printed on demand in order to reduce waste. These items will ship out separately, directly from our printer and may have different shipping lead times. Please note: some print-on-demand items may not be able to be shipped to certain addresses. If this occurs, please contact customer service at tofashionastrawberry@gmail.com and we'll try our best to get that shipped to you.
- Insurance & Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping on any domestic (USA) packages. International packages may have more shipping options that may arrive faster than USPS, but all packages will still ship out 1-5 business days (up to 1 week) after purchase and unfortunately we cannot prioritize orders, due to our shipping system. No extra insurance is offered on any packages on our part.
- Out of Stock Items: in the rare case that there is an inventory error and an item is listed as "out of stock," we will email you to coordinate either a gift card code for the amount of the item + shipping or a replacement item. If you see that an item has been marked as "Out of Stock" on your packing slip, please check your email!
International Shipping:
- International shipments: are calculated automatically by weight. Items shipped via USPS generally take 1-2 weeks to arrive in Canada and 2-4 weeks (usually 1 month) for most other countries after being shipped. However, that is just an estimate, not a set-in-stone timeframe.
- International Postal Pick-up: Items shipped internationally via may need to be picked up at your local post office in-person with your ID. Do not skip this step if your package has been marked as delivered but it's not at your doorstep.
- International Tracking: Different countries may use different tracking systems that may not be compatible with USPS tracking. If an item appears to have "stopped," most likely it has landed in your country. You will first need to go to your local post office with your ID to see if it's there. Unfortunately, we cannot contact your local post office, as we do not know how other countries' postal systems work and they will want to speak to the recipient.
- Customs: CUSTOM FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED. Unfortunately, at this moment we have no way of knowing whether or not your country will issue customs fees and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. Please take this into account prior to purchase and contact your local customs or postal office before purchasing to ask about potential customs fees.
Sales:
